What if I were to personally introduce you to someone who started online with only a few hundred dollars in hand and was able to quit his job less than six weeks later. Do you think you could learn something from that person?

Well, author Frank Rumbauskas is the man I’d like to introduce you to. Three years ago he went from being a typical salesman stuck hammering out the usual corporate grunt work . . . to become a New York Times AND Amazon #1 Bestselling author with his book “Never Cold Call Again: Achieve Sales Greatness Without Cold Calling.”

Now finally, he has released his follow-up to that killer Bestseller with the brand new “Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook.” Even though it’s $13, to just call it a “book” is kind of a disservice though. It’s more like an Internet Marketing course I’ve seen other Internet Marketing “gurus” charge $2,000 for at events.

That’s the reason I felt compelled to write this book review.

First a little more about me, Frank & our common mission against “the evil ones” . .

JP Micek Frank Rumbauskas Armando MontelongoI want to disclose up front that I am friends with Frank. I met him on a cruise several years ago, and I have spent many hours drinking good wine and smoking awesome cigars with him.

One of the big reasons Frank and I have spent the time together we have is because we share the same opinions about many things. One of them being the shame that some Internet Marketing hucksters have brought upon the words “selling” and “marketing.”

Many today, especially those in “Social Media,” would like to point one big finger blindly at ALL marketers and sales people and shout “danger!” Instead of identifying Marketplace Molesters, List Pimps and Conversational Sociopaths for who they are, these Social Media Gurus promote trite little sayings like “start connecting” as a formula for success.

Dangerous stuff! Downright evil when you consider most of those “experts” still hold down full time jobs while spreading their “advice” on successful marketing.

FACT: connection without conversion is useless! It’s true in business AND in your personal life. (Ever go on a date without one person saying “yes”? And no one in business makes a dime off connections, it’s “yes” that makes you money.)

The fact is that our world would be the Dark Ages without the commerce created in the free market by entrepreneurs, marketers and sales professionals.

The reason I mention this is that far too many entrepreneurs have neutered themselves when it comes to marketing and selling. This is especially true online.

When you combine this with the fact that many business people have been fed a load of crap by supposed “marketing gurus” selling success while still living in an apartment or working 100+ hours per week, you have a recipe for failure. No wonder why so many people trying to market online stumble, fail and give up.

And that’s why Frank’s new book Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook is SO welcome. Frank is the real deal. I’ve seen his lifestyle. I know he walks the talk. He has built a real online business helping real working people achieve real success. And now he’s sharing how you can start down the same path yourself . . . in a $13 paperback book!

Who’s the “Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook” for?

It’s for newbies, novices and marketers even with moderate experience.

If you’re new to marketing online … if you’ve been marketing online for a while now but falling short of the results you want … if you know there really are no shortcuts to millions, but that there ARE shortcuts to understanding, mastery and confidence (all of which lead to success) — then this book is for you.

Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook — the good, the bad & the ugly

Never Cold Call Again Online Marketing Playbook In Clint Eastwood’s classic Spaghetti Westerns he had a knack for making things simple. The movie The Good, The Bad & The Ugly is a perfect example. I find that formula is a fun way to find the true value in things like a book.

The Good . . .

Frank does an excellent job of structuring the book and making things simple. He takes the 39 to-the-point chapters of the “Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook” and neatly wraps them into six parts that build logically and sequentially:

  • PART I: Online Marketing Today, lays the foundational groundwork so often missing from any material dealing with online marketing. Having context and reference points is why so many business people fail even when applying proven strategies and tactics.
  • In PART II: Building A Brand Online, Frank covers the importance of establishing a solid brand before embarking on any marketing campaign. Those of you who know the Tribal Seduction formulas for success and have built your Persuasive Selling Platform know how powerful an impact this can have on your success (and your profits) — so enough said here. ;-)
  • PART III: Building Buzz Online, covers the basics of using New Media to get people engaged and spreading the word about you. Frank includes some unique twists on common practices that make a big difference in conversions. (There’s that magic word again.)
  • PART IV covers how to generate highly targeted, high-value traffic. This is where the “Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook” begins to really come alive. And Frank isn’t shy about revealing some cold hard facts that many marketing gurus will not tell you for fear of being revealed simply as “wizards behind a curtain” just like in the Wizard of Oz.
  • In PART V: Turning Traffic Into Sales, these 31 pages will likely reveal more simple little profit boosting tactics that you can practically apply than you’ve gotten after dropping thousands of dollars on an Internet Marketing seminar or course.I can tell you personally that one strategy Frank goes over re: shopping carts and order pages meant a 400% increase in order completions on the launch of our new QuanSite New Media marketing software & Social site-building system.
  • And in PART VI: Unlock Hidden Back-end Profits Frank wraps things up with a bow revealing strategies that are the easiest way to leverage all your hard work into major, major low-effort dollars. With these closing chapters you’ll understand why so many people who market online leave so much money (and good will) on the table…and you’ll know how to avoid that trap yourself.

The Bad . . .

Well, the bad thing about the “Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook” is that some people may find it too simplistic. And while I may agree in parts, that is only because of my own experience and knowledge, not due to any shortcomings on Frank’s part.

Also, some may claim that Frank is using the book to lead into some of his more advanced programs. They’ll claim this is “bad” but I don’t really see it that way, and neither should you.

Honestly, many people will be able to fork over the $13 for the “Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook” and run with it on their own. Others who get the book may want or need extra help integrating strategies into their own businesses. Ultimately it’s your decision. We don’t need “protection” against such opportunities. We’re all adults here, right?

The ugly . . .

Frank is a lot like me. He doesn’t mince words and says it like it is. You’ll get a lot of tough love in the “Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook.” Frank doesn’t promise you big results overnight or without working for it. But if you follow the floor plan that Frank has laid out in the book, you WILL get to the “corner office.” :)

Get the book for yourself and see for yourself

Babson College (the #1 ranked business school for entrepreneurship) did a 12yr study which revealed something interesting about successful people. The successful people in business and life take action with no guarantee of success. Failures always want a guarantee.

Heck! Even if you don’t take my word for it, the “Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook” is $13 lousy dollars. Can you find a lower cost of taking action on your success than that? You know you can’t, the smart thing to do if anything I’ve said here resonates with you is for you to take action to grab the book now!

Remember — this is a published book by Wiley. It’s on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Borders, wherever you like. There’s no catch. There’s no “forced continuity.” Under $15. One time. Seriously. (That’s less than the cost of SHIPPING on the average info product.)

And Frank’s even throwing in a ridiculously valuable list of bonuses when you buy it during the initial release, (smart marketing in action) including a full unlocked copy of his coveted ‘AdWords Inside Secrets’ e-book! Click here to check out all the bonuses before buying the book.

There are two kinds of people reading this right now:

  1. Those who will take immediate action and get this amazing new book for under $15 (which is practically free) and will experience the same kind of Internet Marketing success that Frank has, along with those he has taught.
  2. The rest will ignore this book review and recommendation, go on doing what they’ve always done, and never reach the level of an “Internet Marketing Master” like Frank has.

Which will you be?

The choice is obvious so at least do yourself a favor, check out the bonuses here. You’ll be able to link right over to Amazon and look inside the book and decide if it’s a $13 investment that’s right for you.

After you’ve read the book, come back and share some graffiti in a comment below letting me know what you got out of it, what you applied and what money it made you. I’d love to hear your success story and how many hundred times over you multiplied your $13 investment. ;-)

Leave your thoughts in some graffiti down in the comment area below. ;-)
