Here's what I like about it. 1. Simple 1-2-3 formula. 2. Easy to remember. 3. Easy to apply. 4. Easy to teach. 5. focus on true communication and rapport building. It reminds me of the courtship metaphor I use in my book to help people understand that you don't say, "Hello. Will you marry me?" 5. focus on true communication and rapport building. It reminds me of the courtship metaphor I use in my book to help people understand that you don’t say, “Hello. Will you marry me?”
